1) ServingMall, starting from the date written above and for 60 days, will take in charge the service of Finding a Job for the applicant, offering al least 3 interviews.

 2) The applicant must fill and sign the ¡°Looking for a Job, Application form¡± with true and complete information as well as give ServingMall a true and complete CV and a photo.

 3) The service fee is of 138 USD.

The payment will be in two times. At the filling and signing of the application form the applicant will send to ServingMall a deposit fee of 38 USD. ServingMall will give the applicant a receipt for this payment.(The money transfer fee will be paid by the applicant). The remnant 100 USD will be paid on the same date when the service will be fulfilled. ServingMall will give a second receipt for this payment as well.

 4) If the applicant wants ServingMall to continue the service after the time has expired, a new agreement must be signed between the Parts. The 38 USD deposit given when the first agreement was signed, will not be returned, if the applicant attended to at least 3 interviews within the period of time mentioned in Article 1.

 5) If within the period of time mentioned in Article 1, the applicant has attended up to 3 interviews, but hasn¡¯t been hired, ServingMall will return the deposit of 38 USD.(Money transfer fee will be cherced to the applicant).

 6) If within the period of time mentioned in Article 1, ServingMall will not give any chance for interviewing for the applicant, ServingMall will return the deposit of 38 USD.

 7) If the applicant wants ServingMall to end the service before the time mentioned in this agreement has expired, the applicant should send a written communication to Servingmall.The deposit of 38 USD will not be given back.

 8) If ServingMall will not give any chance for interview within the period of time mentioned in Article 1, the deposit will be returned to the applicant.  

 9) If the applicant is not available, without previous written communication to ServingMall, when the time for interviewing will be set, Servingmall will not be responsible of returning the deposit fee of 38 USD.

 10) The applicant will not contact or sign contract with the Company offering the job without ServingMall knowing it.
