AGREEMENT CAMPANIES JOBS WEB FORM

Article 1

ServingMall, starting from the date written above and for 60 days, will take in charge the service of Finding a Job in a company for the applicant, offering at least 3 interviews.

Article 2

The applicant must fill and sign the ¡°Looking for a Job, Application form¡± with true and complete information as well as give ServingMall a true and complete CV and a photo.

Article 3

The service fee is of 290 USD.

The payment will be in two times. At the filling and signing of the application form the applicant will give ServingMall a deposit fee of 60 USD. ServingMall will give the applicant a receipt for this payment. The remnant 230 USD will be paid on the same date when the service will be fulfilled. ServingMall will give a second receipt for this payment as well.

Article 4

If the applicant wants ServingMall to continue the service after the time has expired, a new agreement must be signed between the Parts. The 60 USD deposit given when the first agreement was signed, will not be returned, if the applicant attended to at least 3 interviews within the period of time mentioned in Article 1.

Article 5

If within the period of time mentioned in Article 1, the applicant has attended up to 3-5 interviews, but hasn¡¯t been hired, ServingMall will not return the deposit of 60 USD.

Article 6

If within the period of time mentioned in Article 1, ServingMall will not give any chance for interviewing for the applicant, ServingMall will return the deposit of 60 USD.

Article 7

If the applicant wants ServingMall to end the service before the time mentioned in this agreement has expired, the applicant should send a written communication to ServingMall. The deposit of 60 USD will not be given back.

Article 8

If ServingMall will not give any chance for interview within the period of time mentioned in Article 1, the deposit will be returned to the applicant in the time decided by ServingMall at ServingMall¡¯s office. If the applicant will not come to ServingMall¡¯s office with the receipt given by ServingMall to the applicant when signing the agreement , within 5 days to take the deposit fee money back, the applicant will loose the deposit fee.

Article 9

If the applicant will not be available, without previous written communication to ServingMall, when the time for interviewing will be set, ServingMall will not be responsible of returning the deposit fee of 60 USD.

Article 10

The applicant will not contact or sign contract with the Company offering the job without ServingMall knowing it.
