Please read carefully the following notes before you proceed with the request.

1. Who needs the invitation letter and the reasons: A formal invitation letter is required to apply for an entry visa , according to the Chinese government's regulations.Please do not apply for the invitation letter,¡¡if you already have a visa for China, . Once the letter is issued and sent, there will be no refund. In addition, the letter we offer is ONLY for your visa application and NOT for the registration or other admissions in the fair. Canton Fair still takes in-person registration ONLY.

2. How much is the cost and what do I get? There is a USD85 charge for each applicant. for processing and extra USD $25 for delivery charge, EMS, UPS etc. the total price is USD $110. If the applicants are in number of 3 persons or more the price will be lowered to USD69 for each person.All the documents will also include a map of Guangzhou city for your reference. The original invitation letter and the map will be sent to you by  UPS within one working day. In order to guarantee the promptness and accuracy of the delivery, we will inform you the Express mail tracking number for your reference

3. Delivery terms: After we receive the full payment from you, we will send the original invitation letter along with the other documents needed to you by UPS within one working day. In order to guarantee the promptness and accuracy of the delivery, we send the

package using UPS only. We will inform you of the UPS tracking number for your reference.

4. Cancellation and refund terms: Your request for the invitation letter will be processed only after receiving your payment. Therefore please notice it will take some time for receiving the documents and process your payment. If you want to cancel the reservation after the payment is processed but before the package is sent, we will issue a partial refund of $50. After the package is sent, no refund will be possible.

5. Invitation letter is not a guarantee for visa issuing. Refund request will not be entertained after the letter is sent because the fee mainly covers our expenses, the UPS mailing and others.
