Agreement for House renting information services

1)ServingMall starting from today (    year,  month,  day) and for 30 days, will take in charge of the service Finding a House for the applicant, offering at least 3 choices.

2)The applicant must give true personal information (name, nationality, job) to ServingMall.

3)The service fee is 100 USD, to be paid in two times. The first 20% at the signing of the agreement, while the rest at the fulfilment of the service.

4) If the applicant want the service to be continued after the time for the first agreement has expired, an other agreement must be signed. The first payment will not be returned, if ServingMall gave at least 3 chances of seeing houses.

5)If in the 30 days, the applicant has seen more than 3 houses but hasnt chosen one, the deposit of 20USD will not be refund.

6)If ServingMall will not give any chance to the applicant of seeing houses the deposit will be refund.

7)If the applicant wants ServingMall to stop the service before the 30 days, the applicant should sent a written communication to ServingMall. The deposit wont be refund.

8)If ServingMall wont give any chance of seeing houses to the applicant during 30 days, the deposit will be returned at the time decided by SM at its office. If the applicant will not come to SM office within 5 days from the time decided with the receipt given by SM at the signing of this agreement, the applicant will loose the deposit fee.

9)If the applicant is not available, without previous written communication to SM, when the time for seeing houses will be set, SM will not be responsible of returning the deposit fee.

10) The applicant will not contact or sign any contract to renting houses company or person without SM knowing it.
