The building is all 20 floors and my apartment is on 16th floor with lift.

The monthly rent fee is about RMB4400yuan, however, tenant should pay gas fee, water fee, electricity fee and service fee (200yuan/month), and the heating gas fee in winter, for the heating is supplied by using gas. All the fees depend on your personal usage. Long-term rent is preferable, so you¡¯d better rent it for at least one year.
