• There is no fee for cancellations or changes made more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) are subject to a $25.00 administration fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours or less are subject to a fee equal to the first night's lodging or $25.00 administration fee, whichever is greater.
