Please use our Reservation Form or send us your reservation request directly by e-mail or fax. You simply have to fill in the reservation form which is linked to each hotel published in this web- site!

For an urgent Reservation ( less than 3 days before check-in date) you can call our Reservation Centre at (+86-10) 64424153, or 64424409. +86 is the country code for China, 10 is the city code for Beijing, where our reservation office is located. Request for quote is free. In addition, we do not ask for any credit card or payment details upfront.

Your reservation order should include the following details:

1. Name of your preferred Hotel, and whether you accept any comparable alternatives.
2. Check-in & check-out date
3. How many rooms you wish to reserve, for how many guests
4. Room type, (single/twin/double or triple bed room, suite, connected, etc.)
5. Complete guest names, (incl. title Mr., Mrs., etc.)
6. Your contact details (Tel, Fax, E-mail)
7. Special Requests, if any (airport pick up, etc.)

Usually our staff will attend to your request within 1-2 business days. In his or her reply, our staff will offer you a complimentary, temporary reservation and give you a cancellation deadline by which to respond. This means you will have time to think about your options and decide.  Also, if you have to change your travel plan you may cancel your reservation without any obligation.  You don't have to do anything in particular if you do not want to accept our offer, but we surely would appreciate the courtesy of a reply. The deadline is usually one week before your check-in date, or two weeks after the quote, which ever comes first.

If you accept our offer, you must respond us to confirm and arrange payments by the specified deadline. If you don't respond to our offer, the temporary reservation will expire automatically after the deadline.  All hotel rates you can get from our staff are specially negotiated rates exclusive for ServingMall.com visitors and are usually about 30-50% below the hotels usual rate. They can not be combined with other offers, such as airline employee discounts. You only can enjoy these rates and offered benefits if your reservation is made through our website!

Please advise by e-mail that your check is in the mail. It usually takes 5 days to clear, excluding the mailing time.

You must send by Fax a copy of the wire transfer Receipt to It usually takes 3 banking days to reach us.

d. Cash

Pay with cash if you have access to our Beijing office. By appointment only. Please call first.

After the payment is received, you will get a final confirmation e-mail (or fax, if you prefer) from our reservation staff, confirming you all the reservation details.  We usually do not issue vouchers and you will be checking in at most of the hotel with just your passport as a normal customer. At certain hotels, you will not need to pre-pay and you can pay at the hotel when you check in.   You will be instructed by our reservation staff about the details.
